Dear Svitlana, Marina, Nina, and Perry,
Thank you for agreeing to be part of this discussion on how we might virtually connect our sister affiliates! Given the distance between our partnerships and the advances in technology, it seems as if one way of sharing ideas and keeping the partnership going is to brainstorm some possible ways of using technology to those ends.
In an earlier message, Perry asked me about the availability of high speed Internet in Ukraine and said "I'm thinking that maybe we could set up an internet meeting using an internet phone or one of the easy online meeting rooms. Maybe that could be a goal for our (Hawaii TESOL) fall workshop or have a session at our annual conference which we broadcast live to Ukraine."
Shall we begin by responding to Perry's idea and then brainstorm more?

Yes, Sally, it's a very good idea to start our collaboration through the Internet facilities. There are lots of them around here for now.
I am not sure about the speed Internet in Vinnytsia, but I am happy to use the fast one from Khmelnitskiy.
