Dear friends,

Sally is now on her way to Kyiv. It's 4:30 in the morning. We have seen her off and feel we miss her very much. Her lovely smile brightened these two days of her staying with us. Katia Skyba, a young teacher from translation department, accompanied Sally all the day long.helping to adjust to the new surrounding.
In spite of the tiring day after trip to Khmel'nyts'kyi from Vinnytsia, Sally didn't seem overweary to visit a cozy place in the suburb of the city. We all were quite amazed when we get to the place. A beautiful scene of old Ukrainian countryside opened before us. It looked like a museum rather than a restaurant. It is really a nice intimate restaurant. So we hoped to taste some Ukrainian meals there. Unfortunately, it happened that vareniki with potato we ordered had been all already. We decided to taste Ukrainian hominy, and it was really delicious after an hour sight-seeing tour around the courtyard. Take a look at the slide show and you will understand our great admiration.

We all were chuffed over the seminar 'Teaching English with Jokes' Sally run for us. She made us laugh a lot and do some activities which turned us back to students' life.

Dear Sally, we all feel very happy to have you with us even this short time. We appreciate your taking time and stopping by with us. We do hope to meet you again someday. Have a nice and safe trip back home.
